Gilba Solutions is committed to provide high-quality agronomic products. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations in regard to returns and refunds for products that are purchased through our online store at gilbasolutions.com.au.

Our policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product has a major failure. You are also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem fixed within a reasonable time.

Change of Mind Returns.

We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product has not been used and is in its original, unopened packaging.
  • The product is in resaleable condition.
  • You provide proof of purchase.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

We do not accept change of mind returns if you open products, custom orders, or products that have been mixed or applied.

Faulty or Damaged Products.

If your product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund including return shipping costs at our expense.

To lodge a claim, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Photographs of the product and packaging.

 

Incorrect Products.

If you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the correct product to be sent and organise the return of the incorrect item at no cost to you.

Perishable and Biological Products.

Due to the nature of certain biological and perishable agronomic products, these items cannot be returned once dispatched unless they arrive damaged or are faulty. This will be clearly noted on the product page at time of purchase.

Refund Processing.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.
