At Gilba Solutions, we are committed to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please read our policy below for details on purchases, refunds and returns.

1. Purchases

  • Purchase Price: By using the Purchase Services to buy our products through our website, you agree to pay the (“Purchase Price”) for the product.
  • Payment Method: Payment can be made through PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and Google Pay (the ‘Payment Gateway Provider’). By the use of these Purchase Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and other legal documentation provided by the Payment Gateway Providers.
  • Receipt Confirmation: Once we confirm your payment, you will receive a receipt. We may also record your purchase details for future reference.

 

2. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility for a refund: Gilba Solutions may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund on product returns. This should be within 30 days of the product purchase. The product packaging must be unopened and the item remain in a saleable condition. You are responsible for any postage and shipping costs associated with the return of the product.
  • Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return. The product must be:
    • Unused.
    • In the same condition that you receive it and
    • In its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards and downloadable products are non-returnable.
  • Return Process: Please contact us at [email protected] to begin the return process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we approve it, we will process your refund, and we will automatically apply a credit to your original payment method.

3. Warranty

  • Australian Consumer Law: All the products that we supply come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • Warranty Period: You may claim for material defects and workmanship within 1 month from the date of purchase (the ‘Warranty Period’).
  • How to Make a Warranty Claim: To make a claim, provide proof of purchase (POP). This should show that the purchase date, a product description, and the price that you paid. Send this information to [email protected].
  • Warranty Resolution: If we accept your warranty claim, Gilba Solutions will, at its discretion, repair or replace any defective products or parts at no charge. You are responsible for any postage or transport costs in making the claim.
  • Exclusive Warranty: This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty of Gilba Solutions. It is the sole remedy available to you in addition to other rights and under the law that concerns the products to which this warranty relates.
  • Implied Warranties: All implied warranties, which includes those of merchantability and fitness for use, are limited to the Warranty Period.
  • Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage to plants, sports grounds or lawns due to improper use or failure to follow the label directions. It also does not apply to products that are damaged, defaced, misused, or altered.
